Enka Welcomes Coach Jeff Frady

Enka High School Athletic Director Brian Carver introduced Jeff Frady as the Head Coach of the Jets this afternoon at a press conference in the Media Center.

Frady, a 1996 graduate of EHS, returns to Enka after coaching for the past 13 years in Henderson County, most recently as offensive coordinator for the East Henderson Eagles, who won the WAC championship with an 11-2 record in 2012.

“We had a number of qualified candidates. We liked the fact that we think coach Frady is going to have some staying power,”  said Carver.

“We wanted to hire a coach who could build a program. Now we feel like we can even tell the fourth or fifth-grade players in our community, ‘This is your football coach.’  This is just a great day for Enka.”

Along with Coach Carver, the faculty, staff and players are extremely excited  to have Coach Frady take over our Football program!  Join us as a community in welcoming this Enka Alumnus back home, and support our Jets this Fall!
